Tommy

I am going to try and make up painstorm at 530 today if anyone else needs to make it up and wants to share the pain

RobW

Kudos to you brother. Enjoy the suck!

Brian S

Tommy, I would help you make it up, but I already did it once and I am not crazy enough to do it twice.

Rumor has it that Pat and Thomi haven't done it though...

nicholas

440 (145 back squat, 95 press, 200 deadlift)

rob n

made up candy 30:27 as rx'd. and for the record, i was informed today that i mistakenly put down 17 rds for cindy when in reality i had only done 16. i just want to say, in my defense, that it sure f'ing felt like 17!! oh, and sorry for the bad info.

CFVB, Pat

After my loooooooooong discussion with Maggie yesterday, I decided a rest day was in order.

JoeyG

Squat-425 PR
Press-155
Dead-435
Total-1015-35# less than PR

I think RobW said it best, it's a TOTAL.
Looks like someone blew their wad early.

Hey CFVB cyclists, CrossFit Endurance is taking orders for a cycling jersey. If you go half way down there is a picture of the art.

First CFT. 315/145/400=860. Not too shabby. I was happy to see a slow lift day after the last week of tortuous fun!!

Tommy

Painstorm - 1:39:09 @ 40# - probably the hardest workout I ever did.
Thanks Gerry for the push during the manmakers!
I feel a rest day comming on...

505. Managed to PR my deadlift (245) and back squat (175 -> +50lbs!) but the overhead press wasn't working for me and I fell short at 85.

curt

620 Total: 230PR, 115 (gotta get that number up), 275PR.

Travis

695: 245, 135(PR), 315(PR).

Can't say I'm happy with it, but I can't expect much more when I've only been coming once in a blue moon!

Great job on the Pain Storm, Tommy!
