Stopped in at Crossfit Cleveland and low and behold they're doing our Aug 20 wod. I tried to skip this one, but I couldn't run far enough!

30 HSPU w/ 2 abmats
40 pullups
50 KB swings with 1 pood
60 situps anchored with abmat
70 F*$! burpees

at 8:30am !!!!! gotta love it!

24:18 w/ 65# and knee push-ups


24:24 cut weight from 85 to 75 somewhere along the line. Had to break out the knee push ups tom maintain intensity since my core is still incredibly sore. (I know, waaaaaaahhhh)

Tommy was moving so fast I felt like I was standing still.

Good job today everybody!
