I might come in on Monday depending on the time and my physical post holiday condition. But...please do not go out of your way if it is just me cause I am on the fence. You all deserve a break anyway either way.


I would like to know please and thank you. However, I am with Ozzy, if I am the only one begging, I can do an on the road WOD at the gym here.

I did not leave my number if needed 714-4772. Here is a good workout I came up with:
For time:
Drink 2 beers
Eat 2 burgers
Chase wife around house for 300m
Drink 4 beers
Eat 4 burgers
Chase wife around house for 800m
repeat 3 times
note: If you catch wife (or significant other)deduct time spent from total


I would be interested,even though I have not been able to do crossfit for two weeks! My legs and heart have been getting good work outs lately, but my upperbody will suffer! 757-334-0413
