at the farm...did yesterdays wod 10:02 at 3000 ft above sea level....not much elevation but enough to make it feel like working out in mud. oh well, back to picking up rocks....

I had a small mental breakdown when time was called ending the first 3 minute round. I had 2 measley squats left and I would have done 6 rds. Ahhhh!!! I know we all had moments like that today! ha :)

Jon & Sam, glad to have this thing underway. Great job to both of you! I'm looking forward to the rest tomorrow.

plus 15 burpees. I only meant to do 14, but I kept on truckin.

I have a 15 mile run tomorow at 0600!woohoo:-/ I finally got a replacement MP3 player ofter I sweated my old one into submission at the RNR 1/2 marathon. Music should make it go easier. I just downloaded the entire Thriller album!
