Thanks Rob for the encouragement at the 9am workout. That WOD kicked my butt for some reason.
If anyone is interested in going to the SPEAR System Instructor Certification Course at the Blauer/Crossfit facility near Lynnhaven Mall let me know. It is Oct 27 thru 31 during the day (9 to 5?). Toilet seat rips: Wash it off with soap and water then soak it in salt water for 15 minutes. It will be painful, but try not to cry. Should be good as new in a 3-4 days.
