Good thing I am out of town..I still can't: ~lift myself up and turn over in bed
~scratch my face/nose
~push my hair out of my face
~barely brush my teeth
~bring a water bottle to my mouth
My triceps have been damaged from Tuesday's WOD...it is making my yoga workshop interesting.

geez!!! i sure do miss you guys... i was up in dc with no computer and absolute no time to get to a gym. which i think is good cause i think my body needed some time off. but i feel like a slob now. so i'm hoping i can make it in today. not sure if the car is going to make it. tranny is going, :( so i gotta get that looked at today. i was going nuts not being able to see what you all were up to. looks like you guys have been hitting it HARD.
