Complete as many rounds as possible of:


wow...my triceps and shoulders were not ready...had my own sick party...
10 pull ups
14 knee push-ups
1 rope climb (thank the gods my legs could get me up there!)
7 jumping rip dips
I felt like I was back at the beginning
5 rounds


4 rounds
HSPUs on B/B... all else RX'd (even ring dips!!). So close to 5 rounds!


My kind of workout!


so i ran to work today since my car won't be ready until thursday maybe friday!! and i still don't have a computer. it's driving me nuts. anyone want to come and pick me up on the way to the gym?? 440-227-0988, i'm down by dam neck.

Not sure I'm following that one.


oh yeah, I used legs on the rope climbs :)

subbed 15 dead hang towel pullups for every one rope climb. Dont know where that number came from because I would rather do three rope climbs than 15 dead hang towel pullups anyday.


used my legs more than my arms like you always tell me to, andrew!


actual results: 3rounds, 2 and then 3 abmat HSPUs, red band ring dips, and my kip tried to kill me.
