I was wondering if you were going to put your crew through this one. Trish told me she did this one w/ you guys on Friday, I think. What a brutal workout, but I loved every minute of it. 56:56 as rx'd on everything except OHS and power snatches. worked on my form w/ a jr bar.

i actually had a question about his bad-assery....do you put the bar down in between exercises? are you changing weights because reading through theoretically you could go from one right into the other but the weights would be off if you did.
