You keep posting pictures just like Jeannees Beach Crossfit, just different people in different places. Are you guys connected or the same affiliate?

Tommy Knocker.. WOW.. you mean two different CrossFit affiliates post pictures of people doing the same movements?? I guess if soccer coaches, swim coaches, or any other sport had sites, they would probably have pics that looked a lot alike because of one simple thing, they are all doing the SAME thing! Maybe if I posted my pics sideways or upside down that would make it look a bit different, but in all actuality, all CrossFit gyms are doing the same thing, the only difference is the quality of coaches and programing, the atmosphere at the gym, the closeness of their family :) I think you should take time to visit the two gyms and make your own judgment, or maybe the clients here at CFVB could catch ya up a bit.In any event.. thank you for your very astute observations, if you have any other really awesome revelations please feel free to post them here, email me, or call me 757 672 0196. I see this going in a good direction :)

42:43 15 clear/85 red band, knee push-ups. I was 5 mins slower....down in bands so I won't complain anymore. I learned 2 things tonight:
1. Don't get sick, 3 weeks is a long time off
2. Don't live on the 2nd floor, stairs are not your friend.

Jason, no worries. I know the look I gave you was not pleasant...so sorry for that and I figure we are even!
