Those muscle ups are tough!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for an energizing morning, Thomi...keep rockin' it out!

*She did 65# thrusters (heaviest ever) and jumping muscle ups.* She did great!!!!

Pat: 12:16

*I did 115# thrusters and muscle ups*

On my very first rep I split my shorts in half! That caused me to curse and drop the barbell. Thomi then looked over, saw my butt hanging out, burst out laughing, and dropped her barbell. We both then realized the clock does not care about my wardrobe malfunction, grabbed our bars and steamed through the WOD.

That was an awesome workout. I am sore today and I have blisters, but I loved it!
