8 rounds, workout beat the heck out of my forearms. after 5th round could barely get 4 sq cleans in a row without having to let go of bar.


Hotel workout. 100 Burpees 8:43. Back tomorrow night or thursday morning! Can't believe I missed Fran!

I think that I should be able to claim the last dip since I had to actually work out in the HEAT unlike you night timers :)hahahah
PS Pat says 5:30 had VERY incliment conditions with the 70 degrees and rain.
