I am going to try and make up painstorm at 530 today if anyone else needs to make it up and wants to share the pain

Tommy, I would help you make it up, but I already did it once and I am not crazy enough to do it twice.

made up candy 30:27 as rx'd. and for the record, i was informed today that i mistakenly put down 17 rds for cindy when in reality i had only done 16. i just want to say, in my defense, that it sure f'ing felt like 17!! oh, and sorry for the bad info.


After my loooooooooong discussion with Maggie yesterday, I decided a rest day was in order.

First CFT. 315/145/400=860. Not too shabby. I was happy to see a slow lift day after the last week of tortuous fun!!


Painstorm - 1:39:09 @ 40# - probably the hardest workout I ever did.

505. Managed to PR my deadlift (245) and back squat (175 -> +50lbs!) but the overhead press wasn't working for me and I fell short at 85.


620 Total: 230PR, 115 (gotta get that number up), 275PR.


695: 245, 135(PR), 315(PR).

Can't say I'm happy with it, but I can't expect much more when I've only been coming once in a blue moon!
