don't know my time...had to leave in a hurry. but do know i only did 42# SDLHP and handstands with green and blue bands.


never looked at my time, used one ab matt on wall, but was good to be back in gym.


9:24 w/ 2 abmats..next time going to 1...great job 2p crew :) hope your wrist is ok thomi


17:40 with increasing abmats. Last two rounds with 2.

18.48/one abmat. First workout with one abmat. Improvement is good, but handstand push ups still suck.
