1:17:17 one hour seventeen minutes and seventen seconds. Yayyyy burpees. It was bad, but not as bad as I thought it was going to be! My left shoulder stopped working at the end sooooo I had to re-do like 7 pushups... Ohh yea that was nice! Thanks for coming in Gerry :)

1 hour 42 minutes with 15# the whole way. Weird thing though, I think I felt what a "runner's high" feels like. About an hour into it, I was no longer breathing hard or heart beating fast...just my arms were done. It was so weird...I guess it was my first "Crossfit high." Just ate my protein and now for some reward beer and homemade cherry pie!

Greetings form the west coast and CrossFit Redmond! I lurk here often and just had to do this PS when I saw it posted last week. What better to do when the wife is at a barbell cert and the kids are at grandmas!

1:24:38 with 35# DBs - Totally smoked for the day.

Funny that none of my clients wanted to do this on their rest day. I guess CFVB is tougher than we are.
