Hey everyone. Sorry my holiday sort of spilled out of Sunday and all over Monday and oops...no WOD today. Looks like it was a good one too. Just got this invite through facebook and thought I'd pass on the information. We should do something like this...
Come help support Total You CrossFit in Fight Gone Bad III on
September 27th 2008. This special event raises awareness and funds for
prostate cancer through the organization called Athletes for a Cure and
also for wounded soldiers through the Wounded Warrior Project.
This is a really fun event where participates get to compete against other
participants, against all other CrossFit affiliates, and come together for a brutal workout and a good cause.
Fight Gone Bad II raised $550,000 in 2007. This year we're proud to
announce we've added a second charity to fight for:
To compete in the workout, all participants must complete each of
the following:
1. Register with their Total You CrossFit by Wednesday, September 24,
2008.
2. Register with Athletes for a Cure at
http://athletes.kintera.org/crossfit08 by Wednesday, September 24, 2008.
3. Raise $150 or more in pledges by 5 pm PDT on Saturday,

4. All donations counting toward the awards must be received by
5 pm PDT September 29, 2008.
If you would like to make a donation to one of our participants or team, please visit http://athletes.kintera.org/crossfit08 then select Team Rank, and select Team Total You CrossFit.
For more information contact Ken Roberts at [email protected]. We hope many of you will be able to participate as it is for a good cause. Thank you.
We are located at 217 First Colonial Road, Suite #106, Virginia Beach, VA. 23454. From route 264 get off at the First Colonial Road South exit. Cross over Virginia Beach Blvd and we are in the office/warehouse park on the right. If you go over railroad tracks then you went too far!
Can we put this alll together for one fun WOD?
