I had a small mental breakdown when time was called ending the first 3 minute round. I had 2 measley squats left and I would have done 6 rds. Ahhhh!!! I know we all had moments like that today! ha :)

I have a 15 mile run tomorow at 0600!woohoo:-/ I finally got a replacement MP3 player ofter I sweated my old one into submission at the RNR 1/2 marathon. Music should make it go easier. I just downloaded the entire Thriller album!
