Yesterday's WOD
4:50 the first time I did it and I think 5:07? When I did it again 2 minutes later RIP sprig sprig sprigglesworth you are loved and missed terribly
Today constantly varied tabata with no food and no water
I did yucky! My abs cramped up during the sit ups and didn't let loose!
Well on the way to the cert in NC to teach :) you guys play nice :)




348... this was my first time doing this and i was going to say this might be one of my favorites. then i took a shower and was reminded of the abmat burn... if you have it you know what i mean. possible the worst one so far. ggrr...
i still like it though.


SLightly different WOD:

AMRAP in 20 minutes

5 ring dips
10 pullups
15 wallballs.

A measly 4 rounds at (holy crap the air's thin here) crossfit las vegas.

Yawning in the middle of the workout doesn't always mean you're sleepy.
