"Tabata Something Else"
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.

348... this was my first time doing this and i was going to say this might be one of my favorites. then i took a shower and was reminded of the abmat burn... if you have it you know what i mean. possible the worst one so far. ggrr...

AMRAP in 20 minutes
5 ring dips
10 pullups
15 wallballs.
A measly 4 rounds at (holy crap the air's thin here) crossfit las vegas.
Yawning in the middle of the workout doesn't always mean you're sleepy.
