***Tommorow is FUNdamentals. We will be having our normal time of 9:30 am start and I would give it maybe 3.5 hours of your time.. I am not sure how long it will run with the nutrition lecture and all but I would say 3.5 hours will cover it, it may not take that long but I want to be safe :) ***
