Did yesterday's WOD here at Whidbey Island. 6:30 mostly power snatch, a few partial squat.
It was recommended to me that I need to use a powerlifting belt by one of the expert gym rats. Noted, thanks.
I'll take an XL cult shirt, dark grey with blood red CFVB sounds cool.


"Graceabele": 1 c&j + 1 squat snatch for 30 reps each @ 135#


Tentative shirt order:
Cult-1 each color, L
Fix-2 each color, XL

Lisa--break it down in sets and it's not as scary. Still sucks but not as scary.

Thomi--I would like to get an XL "cult" and "get ur fix" shirt for Scott as well as one of each for me in a Medium, please.

Thomi: we broke out the sundial for this one! holllllly SH*T that wrecked me 51: something as rx'd ( 120 pullups and 120 ring dips )just lucky to get it done before Thursday came! I was down to singles on the ring dips after round 5.. I could not ask for much more fun. I am sure I will not be sore or anything.
Yeti.. That is great! You should also use gloves and wrist straps!

Good to be back in the gym. I got rid of the ball on my squats and I am working on my HSPU's-no abmat; add kip.

I like the CULT. I'll take one medium cause I like it tight.


BTW- way to stick with it, Thomi. That looked like h-e-l-l.

Thanks Pat stalking me around the gym and pointing helping me get rid of my crutches, ie ball & abmat.
