** also.. don't forget about the fundamentals review for all the clients on Saturday October 18th, we will be covering all the fundamental movements again, and also have a nutrition ( ahem... Zone )lecture. On that Saturday, new people will be able to come in and knock out all 3 fundamentals in one day instead of 3 separate one on one sessions.
