Great article, Tommy! I hope everyone reads it! It's the kind of stuff you'll learn in a properly taught yoga class.........i'm just sayin'....isn't flexibility part of the Crossfit principles?

If anyone's interest a couple of us are meeting up at Catch 31 at the Hilton tonight around 9pm. Come on down bring your friend's. We'll try to take over a fire pit outside. It should be a gorgous night.


Pat & Thomi, thanks for letting me work out with your crew again. Gerry did a pretty damn amazing job keeping the WOD flowing with 4 GHD's and 15 Crossfitters. If either of you two snowboard or ski you're more than welcome to come out and hit some powder days with me soon.
