"Murph"
For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.
Post time to comments.
Another great use for the rings, rest stabilizers
FYI.. There will be no 7pm class on Halloween night, there also will be no 9:30 am class on Sat. I'm TDY in Marana, AZ and have not been able to get my CrossFit "fix". Can't wait to get back in the game.

72:28 knees after 46 full push ups
I think I really like Murph.
No kidding. I felt great last night after the WOD.
The pull ups and squats didn't hurt me too badly, I actually made all the runs (yay me).
PR'd by way of no bands from my April 9th Murph.
