I did yesterdays late last night at work... bw 195 used 245 for dl then 135 for cleans took forever I was working inbetween sets good workout.


i knew this was coming soon...i just knew it!! ggggrrrr


DNF. No excuses: I hated this so I quit.

So I am not satisfied with only a two minute improvement over 6+months. Time to put both feet in the zone eh?

I'm TDY in Marana, AZ and have not been able to get my CrossFit "fix". Can't wait to get back in the game.


48:38 pr by about 2 min. next time i'm doing it with the vest. i don't care how long it takes me.


72:28 knees after 46 full push ups

I think I really like Murph.

No kidding. I felt great last night after the WOD.

The pull ups and squats didn't hurt me too badly, I actually made all the runs (yay me).

PR'd by way of no bands from my April 9th Murph.
