215+115+270=600, PRs on everything but the shoulder press. You people think you're so great, what with your "friends" and "lives" and "things to do over the weekend", but I got the first comment, so hah!


Squat: 345 pr
Press: 165
Deadlift: 425 pr

Total: 935pr


back squat: 120#
shoulder press: 55#
deadlift: 145#
No PRs, sub-par performance. Recovering by drinking a mimosa. It's making everything better ;)


back squat: 145 pr
press: 45 (wtf! my pr is 75. ergh!)
deadlift: 150 pr (could've gone heavier, dang!)

We're all watching SNL do a spoof of our beloved hobby and we are all extremely unimpressed and offended that they would portray us 'Fitters in such an agro light. I mean, they just didn't get it. I believe Thomi then responded to our angry calls with "F**king lighten up people." Then I woke up.
