Zuks, I don't know if you subscribe to the CrossFit journal or not it's totally worth it. There is a great tutorial on pistol squats from Adrian Bozman in the archives.

P.S. If you used any assistance for the pistols, it's not rx'd.


so i showed up at 645 and......sat in the parking lot, someone please confirm that i am stupid and there was no 645 workout this morning!
