31:50as rx'd ...previous pr of 42:22. Over 10 min improvement....Day 26 of working out, 2 rest days..still kicking..yay for JT big kisses!OHHH yeaaa. Yesterday I did 5 rounds for time of 20 45#weighted walking lunges and 21 burpees 13:21 .. That sucked..wait for it to come you way!


I can't do exercises like this until my wrist gets better. Which sucks because I was starting to like HSPUs.

I have come to accept that JT will beat me down. I'm working on making it a fair fight but I still feel a bit bullied.

One thing crossed my mind though- is there a warm up piece to this? For instance, if we did everything shifted by one (push ups first) would the HSPUs do better since there was a different exercise before them? My HSPUs on Diane last week were way stronger.
