great. Just what my shoulders, lats and traps need! Clean and jerks for max?!?!?!?

Did one of Thomi's WODs for the road today on my lunchbreak:

For time: run 1 mile, 50 squats

Squats after running, always a favorite. My butt hurts today. Ow.

I was feeling pretty good so I went for 8, i tried 305 but I called it after the first try I did Fran for a wrkout right before.

Sorry I read the wrkout wrong I did Push Jerks not clean and Jerks, I wish I could do that weight!


Dumbbell clean+jerks, a couple of each at 35,40,45,55 lbs.


Fran as a warm up, Chris? You are a beast, bro.


today was one of those days i would have been better off staying home


I'd like to ditto Jason for the following reasons:
1. Apparently I took a walk of shame to the gym
2. Adam thinks that from behind, I could be a hot boy
3. I learned that plaid & polka dots don't match anywhere... not even at the gym
4. oh yeah, AND I performed like $hit today

Im with Jo, yeah it sucks to do less than our expectations (I know this all to well), however we all showed up and are better for it. We all have our off days friends.
