Why I love my rest days #3,429: Filthy Fifties comes up.


Hooray, I am so glad I picked this week to start back again.


50 Double-unders
50 Walking lunges
50 Burpees
50 Box jumps
50 Squats
For time of 17:16. Sucked. I think I had too many blocks yesterday. How many blocks are in 3 slices of pizza, a hawaiian sausage, two coconut porters, an irish car bomb and a Makers and 7-up? That was just dinner....yikes.


Car bombs are totally zone ;)




50:??, knees to things, 20lb db push press, 20lb med ball cleans instead of wallballs. Good job everyone! Except Adam.

28:10 rx'd, not sure what my last time was, i think i was toasted because i stopped writing down the 50's at the pp and didn't write a time down. ha oh well, time before that was 28:24
