Almost got thrown out of the hotel gym for doing the WOD's on the road. They told me it look too intense and I was imposing on other gym patrons. Strange, since the only equipment I used was a rower and floor space, go figure…
WORD. Rita, getting thrown out of gyms is like earnin stripes, you should embrace it. Then, go out in the parking lot and do a hundred burpees 4 time.
Me, Crossfit Lehigh Valley hooked it up and let me do my own thing. So, I too had the pleasure of Fran today.
6:28 as rx'd. Holy crap...what a humbling experience! It will take a while to get back into shape, but it felt good to feel like complete crap after the workout.
