Oh my Gods! Out of control. Thomi wins for creativity on the quickness. Otherwise known as improvisation. Very good. This looks like fun and after DiFranabol, I wants some fun.

3 rounds as rx'd.
A few of us noted there seemed to be a cognitive component to this wod. As some of the participants (including me)became physically fatigued began to struggle with remembering the exact movements by name. Some of thought it was an interesting observation. Some being 2.

oops.
I guess "few" wouldn't be accurate if there were just 2 of us.

That was deux much fun dos miss. Glad I took Friday off after the great double-under debacle. Still haven't figured out how I got a rope slap mark on my hand.

3.5 rounds, yep missed the 4th round mark by a couple of meters on the run - that sucked, so it's 3 rounds @ 42#

and I'm with Brian, I guess I was the blond today, I struggled with remembering the exact movements associated with the name: BS, PJ, FS...the only thing I could think "BS" stood for was either "Balance Sheet" (Thanks Thomi for bring up the beginning of the month) or Bull Sh$$, don't ask why, anything but Back Squat. Go figure...
Thanks for Help with movements Thomi & Jessica
