Why in the zone?

  • The purpose of this weblog is for members of CFVB to have a constant resource for zone information, new recipes, a place to ask nutrition questions or to just have a virtual "hand to hold" while they are breaking down because of how fucking hard this diet is :) I promise it will be hell at first, but we can not only modify our the way we eat,but impliment this "diet" as a way of living...enjoy :)


  • We are located at 217 First Colonial Road, Suite #106, Virginia Beach, VA. 23454. From route 264 get off at the First Colonial Road South exit. Cross over Virginia Beach Blvd and we are in the office/warehouse park on the right. If you go over railroad tracks then you went too far!

AHAHAHA these are the cookies i've been making! my suggestion 2/3 cup of water instead of the half. a little more vanilla and almond extract and instead of sprinkling almonds on top and another 1/4 cup of almond butter or peanut butter. the dough will be a bit runny. another suggestion was to use 1 cup of almond butter or peanut butter or a combo of each and double the fat. AND i only left them in for 6 minutes. i would say check them at 5 and use your judgement because everyones ovens are slightly different but they cook fast.
